Don&#8217;t forget to stay warm, especially in vulnerable climate with vulnerable body parts such as fingers or toes, ears or nose. Thick socks wear gloves cover up with a scarf. The cold causes the blood vessels to constrict, trying to save body heat, but it makes a&hellip;</p>
